1. The whatsApp communication is quite poor - too slow/ delayed response - not funny how they acknowledge.
2. Consider having clients confirm their measurements at an outlet - you may not share with them the measurements, but it will be convinient for either parties to avoid the back and forth.
3. Lesson elarnt the hard way- A large/ Medium size for a Vivo dress is not the same for partner brands - i had not evem realised i was purchasing from the brand partners.
4. Where is my refund? a week later... no feedback, I have to follow up myself.
